CANON • Inventory Management: Even when Wilson (or any character) is running around with only their pockets to hold things in, they are capable of carrying a truly silly amount of stuff, and also truly silly types of things. Like an ax, or a live bird that is totally fine with what's happening. It's also possible for them to pre-make certain things (and more on that in a sec) and just... save them to set down fully formed later, like a fire pit that lights once it's placed. I'm keeping this, mostly -- even with a backpack and Chester, Wilson can't carry more than 99 items at a time -- but the rest of it... Well, Wilson's pockets are just ridiculous. This will mostly work on Rule of Funny, tbh.

• Inventing BS: In Don't Starve canon, all the playable characters can create items from parts they can find in nature, sometimes literally scattered on the ground, and that don't necessarily seem like they should be able to make these things. While I'm keeping the weird inventing powers, I want to say that Wilson cannot teach other people how to do this outside of the Constant... Not even with Prototypers (which, arguably, are entirely Wilson's initial invention). While usually even just standing near, say, a Science Machine would allow a person to know how to make a backpack out of just four sheafs of cut grass and four twigs, for example -- for whatever reason, in Seasons this will ONLY work for other Don't Starve characters. If anyone else wants to be able to do this, they'd need to spend their Potion of New Powers on it.

Finally, when it comes to what items can still be made on Ellipsa, a fair amount of it will be limited by rarity or even lack of ingredients. Maybe Ellipsa's monster spiders can still give the appropriate spider silk for some recipes, but there won't be a Deerclops Eye available any time soon unless Wilson orders one from home/the Constant.

• Food Healing: Much more limited from canon, Wilson can no longer be near death and become fully healed from eating a hearty stew. However, food and drink can still potentially help heal him a bit, help his mental state somewhat, and affect his core temperature to some degree.

• Freaking Transmutation: Some of this isn't as applicable now, but yes, Wilson has learned how to transmute certain items into other items. Specifically, he can transmute:
- twigs ↔ logs
- rocks ↔ flint
- nitre ↔ gold
- cut stone ↔ marble
- marble → moon rock
- red gems ↔ blue gems
- red + blue gems → purple gems
- purple gems → orange gems
- orange gems → yellow gems
- yellow gems → green gems
- 1 of each other gem → 1 iridescent gem
- morsels ↔ meat
- beard hair ↔ beefalo wool
- rot → manure
- bone shards ↔ hounds teeth
There is always at least a little material "lost" during transmutation (ie, it takes 3 twigs to make 1 log, but 1 log only makes 2 twigs; it takes 2 red gems to make 1 blue gem and 2 blue gems to make 1 red gem; etc.) so it can't be a perpetual motion machine or anything, and some of this stuff isn't available on Ellipsa.

• Magnificent Beard: Finally we get to Wilson's original sole starting perk: He can grow a magnificent beard. By which I mean, over the course of 8 days on Ellipsa, Wilson will grow a full and quite long beard which actually works to help protect him, at least somewhat, from freezing temperatures. If he shaves it he can get beard hair for his transmutations, amount depending on how far along its growth is (1 beard hair... unit... between 2-3 days of growth, 3 between 4-7 days, and 9 after 8+ days). He needs 2 beard hair units to make 1 beefalo wool. Please do not let him make hats or "carpeted flooring" out of this.

• Skin Sets: Finally, as a very minor "power": There are certain outfits Wilson has access to in the Constant that literally change aspects of his appearance, usually his hair. He'd need to get access to those outfits on Ellipsa too, but once he has them, he'd be able to change those aspects as well just by fully donning the outfit. Also, using an item called a Clean Sweeper, Wilson can change the appearance of his beard and certain other items simply by dusting it; this is purely cosmetic and will be fairly limited but could be cute occasionally. Plus, hey, his beard can match the rest of his outfit!
